Next week project is to design a welding robot for welding LPG cylinder with footring(base of the cylinder) & valve protecting ring. The machine will be PLC based with photodiode sensor as positioning sensors.In next few days i will be creating and uploading detail drawing of the welding fixture and control ladder diagram .
